A new company called Back to the Roots has made growing your own mushrooms simple.

With recycling used coffee grounds from the plethora of coffee houses as the impetus, they came up with an innovative way to use them for mushroom growing.

They inoculate the processed coffee grounds with oyster mushroom spores and voila!

Mushrooms in a box.  All you need to do is water, harvest and repeat on the other side.
